KOI Café is now looking for dynamic candidates for the following position :
Management Trainees
Responsibilities:
Making sure great service happens when attending to walk-in customers by having people doing the right job at the right time and place
Delivering the tastiest tea beverage, KOI Café style, to all customers
Be involved in daily hands-on operations such as:
Opening and closing the store
Order taking & cash handling
Mentoring and coaching staff
Maintaining optimal stock level
Ensuring store & work area hygiene
Completing relevant paperwork & ensuring we’re hitting and maximizing our sales on your shift
Requirements:
Must be passionate about making great-tasting beverages!
Must always insist on consistent quality in every cup and enjoy making it to delight customers
Must desire working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure
Love to share beverage-making skills to other associates in your team once training is completed
Used to working or supervising in a customer-oriented environment (any retail or food and beverage experience) is a plus
Able to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6-day/week basis
Pre-requisites
Proficiency in Mandarin and/or English is a must
MALE/FEMALE, 24-28 years of age
Minimum S1 graduates
